No - we operate as a dry hire! Which means we provide everything minus the alcohol. You (the host or venue) are responsible for purchasing and providing the alcohol, and we’ll guide you on exactly what and how much to buy.
Absolutely! Once you choose your package, we’ll send you a customized alcohol shopping list tailored to your guest count, menu, and event style.
Yes! We carry general liability and liquor liability insurance & our bartenders are all SafeServ certified.
We’re based in Batavia, OH and serve events within a 30-mile radius. We’re happy to travel beyond that for a travel fee!
Yes — a standard power outlet is required. We’ll confirm power needs and placement before your event.
Great question! This is dependent upon a lot of things: indoor/outdoor set up, humidity levels, drink selection, etc. We like to allow a minimum of 3 hours for freeze time, but the earlier we can get there the better! It also helps to have all of the provided alcohol for your selected drinks chilled for a faster freeze time.
